What you'll do

• Schedule service work
• greet customers and determine vehicle concerns
• collect customer and vehicle information
• test-drive vehicles as necessary
• advise customers on maintenance
• identify and explain additional repair needs
• notify dispatch of incoming work
• provide labor and parts estimates
• obtain approvals and signatures
• track repair orders and communicate estimate or timing changes
• compare final invoices with repair orders
• review quality-control reports
• deliver vehicles and answer questions
• maintain follow-up and clean work areas.
