Job overview

The Vibrant Life Activities Assistant role is onsite in Loveland, CO; compensation is $20 to $25 per hour. The assistant supports activities and outings at a senior living community serving Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents. The role helps residents participate safely in community programs and outings, including transportation to daily activities and medical appointments. By supervising residents, supporting personal care as needed, and maintaining safe vehicle operations, the assistant contributes to residents’ daily engagement and well-being.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning and facilitating community activities and programs
• safely operate the community van for outings and medical appointments
• assist residents with loading and unloading
• supervise residents during outings and assist with personal care as needed
• inspect and maintain vehicle documentation
• report vehicle issues
• communicate with the property by cell phone
• train staff on loading, unloading, and wheelchair-lift use
• report observed or suspected changes in resident condition
• perform related clerical work and attend in-service classes.

Why this role

The role requires a high school education and a valid driver’s license appropriate for vehicle capacity. Experience with Assisted Living or Memory Care residents and at least two years of vehicle or van driving experience are preferred.
