What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• monitor visitor activity and verify credentials as directed
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• document observations and notify designated contacts
• provide directions and help deter unauthorized access or disruptive behavior.
