What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, mentor, and train nursing personnel
• oversee nursing services and medication systems
• conduct nursing assessments and contribute to individualized care and discharge plans
• monitor client health and coordinate with healthcare providers and the interdisciplinary team
• maintain clinical records and privacy
• ensure regulatory, safety, and infection-control compliance
• support quality improvement, staff education, and emergency preparedness
• provide on-call nursing support for medication management and nursing concerns through the established 24/7 coverage and backup rotation.
