What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-system failures
• lead equipment recovery during breakdowns and production interruptions
• troubleshoot using schematics, drawings, and diagnostic equipment
• perform predictive maintenance including vibration analysis, motor testing, alignment, balancing, and condition monitoring
• conduct root-cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions
• support capital projects, installations, upgrades, and commissioning
• mentor and train Maintenance Technician II and III
• document work in the CMMS
• comply with safety, GMP, food-safety, and Lockout/Tagout requirements.
