Community Standards Specialist

What you'll do

• Drive and walk the community to review homes, landscaping, and common areas against governing documents and design standards
• document issues with clear notes and photos
• report common-area concerns such as damaged amenities, irrigation problems, and safety hazards
• provide friendly reminders and answer homeowner questions
• send courtesy notices and follow-up letters
• maintain inspection and correspondence records
• track open items and conduct follow-up reviews
• prepare management summaries and support Board compliance reporting
• report parking concerns according to association guidelines.
