What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for new and existing clients
• schedule appointments, send reminders, and manage check-ins in the EHR
• ensure intake forms and consents are completed
• conduct initial conversations with prospective clients and referral sources
• answer client questions
• collect balances and process payments
• maintain client records
• support front desk and office operations
• follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
