What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to Team Members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address Team Member issues and conflicts
• respond to customer concerns and support guest satisfaction
• track sales, handle cash, follow budget guidelines, and assist with financial reports and performance analysis
• support food safety training, operational records, report preparation, and action plans
• participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
