Search Station is recruiting for a confidential healthcare client seeking an executive physician to lead clinical services across the organization. The CMO provides strategic and clinical leadership, oversees multiple clinical service lines and medical staff, and advances quality, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and population health. The role combines executive responsibilities with direct patient care as appropriate and supports integrated, patient-centered services.

What you'll do

• Contribute to executive strategy and long-term planning
• oversee medical, dental, behavioral health, optometry, and chiropractic departments
• establish evidence-based standards of care
• maintain a patient panel and provide direct care as appropriate
• lead quality improvement and clinical performance programs
• oversee provider coaching, credentialing, privileging, peer review, and clinical governance
• ensure regulatory readiness
• support workforce planning and provider recruitment.
