What you'll do

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and other nonalcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• take drink orders
• process card transactions and organize receipts
• prepare menu items
• wrap, label, and date food
• stock supplies and displays
• check equipment temperatures
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• maintain food-safety standards
• stay current on casino and hotel events
• may be assigned other food-and-beverage roles such as server, busser, cashier, or host.
