What you'll do

• Oversee daily mitigation field operations
• lead, train, and develop technicians and the field manager
• monitor timing, margins, and documentation
• visit and reinspect job sites
• review moisture logs, drying plans, and photo documentation
• meet with adjusters and customers
• participate in the on-call rotation and oversee emergency response events
• maintain truck and equipment readiness and inventory
• and enforce safety requirements and industry practices.
