This role exists to ensure objectivity and fairness during in-field observations by adhering to company protocols and regulatory requirements. The incumbent mentors personnel on operational standards and develops safety analysis documentation to promote high levels of operational discipline.

What you'll do

• Formalize safety analysis documentation including operating procedures.
• Mentor individuals working under DOE Order 422.1 Conduct of Operations requirements.
• Employ experience and guidance to less experienced colleagues through practical application of procedures.
• Strive to promote and sustain high levels of operational discipline.
• Conduct effective report writing after an in-field observation.
