CNC Mill Set-Up Machinist — 2nd Shift

The CNC Mill Set-Up Machinist role is onsite in Auburn, IN, on second shift, Monday through Thursday for four 10-hour shifts. Pay is $24–$28 per hour. The role supports CCT's precision machining production team.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines
• interpret blueprints and setup documents
• install and adjust fixtures and tooling
• set tool and work offsets
• make tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor program edits
• verify first-piece quality
• troubleshoot machining issues
• perform inspections and documentation
• support production efficiency, training, safety, and continuous improvement.
