What you'll do

• Review customer financial status and coordinate account status with accounts receivable
• verify customer and order information
• respond to customer complaints
• review orders for completeness and forward incomplete orders for processing
• update customers on prices, shipping dates, and anticipated delays
• enter customer, billing, product, and order details
• prepare order reports and updates
• run and print EDI order downloads
• set up approved new accounts
• perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Why this role
