• Coordinate public and private bid processes

• prepare and submit required forms and submittals
• manage digital bid folders and documentation
• review customer contracts
• communicate about contract language changes
• collaborate with sales representatives on quotes, cost workups, and contracts
• prioritize work to meet deadlines
• ensure external submissions and communications are professional and accurate.
