What you'll do

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and concurrent design and construction projects
• perform quality assurance and control
• lead client vision sessions
• develop project scopes and coordinate delivery
• manage internal finances and resource allocation
• mentor and develop staff
• build client relationships and pursue business development
• coordinate marketing and proposals
• manage a minimum $1 million in fees and a client portfolio bringing in at least $500,000 in fees
• grow the practice organically at 20% annually.
