What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair building automation controls and field devices
• diagnose HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and controls issues
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• support controller replacements, upgrades, and expansions
• validate operating sequences and optimize performance
• assist with commissioning and testing
• maintain documentation and backups
• configure alarms, trends, dashboards, and analytics
• support remote monitoring
• serve as a technical contact for assigned accounts
• mentor junior technicians.

Why this role

Requires 3+ years of building automation service experience, HVAC troubleshooting knowledge, control-drawing interpretation, commissioning and servicing DDC systems, and a valid driver’s license.
