What you'll do

• Follow safety policies and PPE rules, including confined space entry, lockout/tagout, and fall protection
• diagnose and repair mechanical devices and electrical systems
• inspect, adjust, and replace parts
• connect power supply wires and cables
• troubleshoot transformers, motors, control systems, and PLCs using schematics and test equipment
• support retooling
• perform preventive maintenance
• operate metalworking tools to make or repair parts
• initiate work orders
• change tooling
• document work
• coordinate with maintenance technicians.
