What you'll do

• Complete charge and inventory slips and monitor supplies
• clean instruments and equipment and return them to the proper area
• check vital signs and weight and record intake and output
• answer call lights and requests
• report resident observations to the nursing supervisor
• complete forms, reports, logs, and records
• protect resident privacy and dignity and follow HIPAA guidelines
• maintain a safe environment and provide clinical management of assigned patients.
