The School-Age Childcare Site Director – After School role is onsite at Highbridge Hill Elementary School in New Ipswich, NH. Pay is $18 per hour, and the part-time afternoon program runs 3:25–6:00 p.m. following the school calendar. Healthy Kids Programs provides early learning, before- and after-school, and summer camp programs, with a mission to make childcare accessible and affordable. The Site Director oversees safe, compliant daily program operations and leads engaging activities that support children’s learning and development. The role also coordinates staff, attendance, scheduling, and family communication to help deliver consistent care and a positive program experience.

What you'll do

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations, company policies, and host-school requirements
• plan and lead hands-on activities in fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support
• track attendance and registration, scheduling, and staffing
• communicate with parents and caregivers through the Playground App
• coordinate with the direct report on updates, concerns, team environment, and care quality.
