The Maintenance Trainee role is an onsite position based in Ronks, PA. The pay is $26.90 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential, supporting the operations team at Heidelberg Materials Northeast LLC. This role exists to assist with routine maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery on the night shift. The trainee learns to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems under supervision.

What you'll do

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery on night shift.
• Fuel equipment, put DEF, check speed reducers, change shaker oil etc.
• Learn to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems under supervision.
• Support preventative maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in training programs to build technical skills and knowledge.
