What you'll do

• Prepare onboarding schedules and checklists with department leaders
• deliver company-wide onboarding and ongoing skills training
• administer assessments and observe readiness
• develop compliance curricula and maintain training records, certifications, and renewal schedules
• coordinate training for equipment, tooling, systems, and process changes
• evaluate training effectiveness
• update training materials, job aids, procedures, and e-learning content
• document training and compliance forms
• support safe work practices.
