What you'll do

• Depending on the client’s needs, assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• provide companionship
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping
• give medication reminders
• assist with mobility and transfers, toileting, and incontinence care when needed
• provide transportation when applicable
• support routines and independence
• monitor and report changes
• follow the individualized care plan
• provide overnight presence and assistance when required
• maintain client dignity, privacy, and safety.
