What you'll do

• Follow the service department greeting process
• receive visitors and collect customer and vehicle information
• direct clients to the lounge and refer them for vehicle updates
• direct concerns to appropriate personnel
• attend department meetings as needed
• maintain a professional appearance and neat work area
• help clean coffee and drink stations and vacuum occasionally.
