Litigation Paralegal

The Litigation Paralegal role is hybrid in Boise, ID. Compensation is $60,000–$95,000 per year. The position supports a legal team handling complex litigation matters and works closely with attorneys and clients. The role exists to support cases from investigation through trial by managing discovery, conducting legal research, drafting litigation materials, and coordinating trial preparation. Its work helps attorneys organize case information and deliver accurate, timely support across active matters.

What you'll do

• Conduct pre-claim investigations, research statutes and codes, interview witnesses, locate expert witnesses, and assemble case files
• oversee litigation review databases and discovery collection and production
• maintain privilege and production logs
• draft interrogatories, requests for production, motions, deposition outlines, and client correspondence
• analyze testimony and expert reports
• prepare numerical analyses and assess document relevance and privilege
• build trial notebooks, organize exhibits, schedule witnesses, manage court filings, and coordinate trial support
• serve as a client contact and support practice-area administration.

Why this role
