What you'll do

• Audit and report on samples of paid claims, service documentation, personnel records, and training records
• conduct internal investigations
• research and disseminate relevant rules, standards, and regulations
• provide compliance training
• collaborate with the QA Manager on internal controls
• provide technical assistance to clinicians and administration.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience using data to support quality services are minimum qualifications; five or more years in public mental health or developmental disabilities and two or more years in quality assurance are preferred.
