Travel Registered Nurse (RN), Stepdown — Night Shift

The Travel Registered Nurse (RN), Stepdown role is onsite in Asheville, NC, on a 13-week assignment. The schedule is night shift, 6:45 p.m.–7:15 a.m., with every other weekend required. Compensation is $2,151 per hour. The nurse supports a 40-bed stepdown unit caring for patients with cardiac and other complex conditions.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care in the stepdown unit for patients with conditions including CHF, MI, chest pain, arrhythmia, pulmonary hypertension, valvular disease, endocarditis, DKA, and post-cardiac procedures.
• The role requires stepdown or progressive care and telemetry experience, including experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications.
• Floating may include MedSurg, stepdown, COVID, and ER holding units.
