Equipment Reliability Technician – Facilities and Production

Job overview

The Equipment Reliability Technician – Facilities and Production is an onsite, full-time role in High Point, NC, paying $25–$28 per hour. HandCraft Linen and Uniform Services supports linen and uniform operations; this role works with production to improve equipment uptime and overall equipment effectiveness. The technician inspects and maintains equipment, diagnoses and repairs mechanical and basic electrical faults, and records maintenance work. These activities help extend asset life, reduce downtime, and support safe, reliable production operations.

What you'll do

• Follow safety procedures and correct unsafe conditions
• inspect equipment and perform preventive maintenance
• diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults
• partner with production to improve uptime and OEE
• log preventive maintenance, repairs, parts usage, and inspection results
• collaborate with and mentor junior technicians.

Why this role

Schedule is four 10-hour days, Wednesday–Saturday, with a 1:00 PM start; requires at least two years of industrial maintenance experience or comparable experience; forklift and scissor-lift operation capability required.
