What you'll do

• Help clients with evening routines and scheduled morning preparations. Assist with toileting, incontinence care, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers, and repositioning according to training and the care plan. Respond to requests and care needs overnight
• offer companionship and emotional support
• assist with meals and everyday activities as needed
• report changes in well-being
• document care and communicate updates to the office and care team.
