It also supports property safety programs, vendor relationships, and the effective supervision and development of maintenance staff.

What you'll do

• Manage, plan, and execute daily Maintenance Department activities
• maintain guestrooms, public spaces, exteriors, restaurants, bars, and back-of-house areas
• act as Safety Director and implement or participate in required Fire, Life, and Safety training and programs
• develop and maintain vendor and peer relationships
• use property data management systems
• interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, discipline, and participate in evaluating maintenance staff.
