Recreation Specialist

The Recreation Specialist role is onsite in Dousman, WI, with a day shift and every other weekend. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. Three Pillars Senior Living Communities serves older adults through independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. The specialist implements and supports resident programming, events, and activities while completing assigned documentation and assessments. The role contributes to residents’ social and recreational engagement by coordinating activities, supporting safe transportation, and working with volunteers and the recreation team.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned MDS documentation, assessments, and data entry
• transport residents to and from programming safely
• implement scheduled programming and lead daily activities
• help plan specialized programs as directed
• record attendance
• maintain activity resources and schedules
• assist with campus events
• work with volunteers
• cover for the department manager during vacations.

Why this role
