Partner Success Coordinator

What you'll do

• Travel to partner sites for visits, training, and check-ins
• build and maintain partner relationships
• serve as a day-to-day contact
• assess satisfaction and gather feedback
• support onboarding
• carry out partner success strategy
• identify growth and retention opportunities
• deliver training and resources
• liaise with internal teams to resolve issues
• track partner data and prepare performance reports
• work with sales, marketing, and product teams.
