What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, catheter care, turning and positioning, and skin care
• maintain resident safety and a clean environment
• respond to call lights and assist with fall prevention and equipment
• support meals and feeding
• assist with range of motion, ambulation, transfers, and alignment
• report changes in condition, concerns, refusals, or rights issues to the supervising nurse
• follow protocols for potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
