What you'll do

• Load and unload bakery products safely
• select and prepare products for dispatch according to route schedules
• count inventory
• complete load and block sheets
• inspect trailers and report damage
• monitor empty trays and equipment
• maintain a clean work area
• collaborate with team members
• operate and maintain equipment, including forklifts.
