What you'll do

• Process motor vehicle tag and title transactions
• use software interfacing with the Motor Vehicle Administration database
• review transactions for accuracy, scan, and file records
• report issues to a supervisor
• maintain office organization
• learn new processes and MVA updates
• identify customer needs, gather information, and provide solutions
• participate in marketing campaign tasks
• attend training.
