• Design individualized programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy
• provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians
• collaborate in behavior treatment sessions and co-treat sessions with dually certified SLP-BCBAs
• support clinical quality and ethical, assent-based care.
