What you'll do

• Perform scheduled or assigned maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, fire and sprinkler equipment, HVAC, landscaping, carpentry, painting, and equipment
• maintain and repair common areas and vacated rooms
• complete work orders promptly
• document safety issues and facility deficiencies
• assist with vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
• respond to accidents and emergencies according to protocol.
