The Facility Maintenance Technician, Driving role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, at parking garages and other job sites. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. SP+, a Metropolis company, uses computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences. The technician cleans and maintains parking facilities using pressure-washing equipment, scrubbers, and sweepers. The role supports safe, compliant site operations by maintaining equipment, performing inspections and repairs, and handling wastewater appropriately.

What you'll do

• Load pressure-washing equipment onto trucks
• fill tanks and set up hoses and spray guns
• wash floors, walls, stairs, pavement, surface lots, and garages
• dispose of wastewater and protect drains in compliance with EPA requirements
• maintain equipment
• inspect and repair assigned projects, vehicles, and equipment
• perform enforcement duties
• perform seasonal landscaping or snow removal if applicable.
