Senior Implementation Project Manager

The Senior Implementation Project Manager is a hybrid position in Chanhassen, MN; KorTerra allows employees to work remotely up to three days per week. The stated salary is $70,000–$80,000 per year. KorTerra provides damage-prevention and utility-infrastructure solutions intended to help protect critical assets and support safer excavation. The role leads complex customer software implementations from kickoff through adoption, coordinating internal teams and customer stakeholders so deployments meet customer goals and are delivered on time and within scope. It also contributes to better onboarding practices through process improvement, documentation, and mentoring.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end implementations for new and existing customers, including complex deployments
• manage scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
• understand customer objectives and develop implementation strategies
• configure and optimize KorTerra software
• collaborate with Engineering, CloudOps, Product, Customer Success, and Support to resolve technical issues
• perform database queries and troubleshoot configuration issues
• train customers and provide demonstrations
• maintain project plans and documentation
• improve implementation processes and tools
• mentor implementation project managers.
