What you'll do

• Roll out the value-based care playbook with nephrology practices, adapting workflows to practice needs
• partner with clinical operations and medical leadership on market priorities
• maintain clinical operations and risk-adjustment processes
• work with finance, analytics, product, and operations teams to improve performance
• lead monthly operating reviews and address performance challenges
• own practice financial and performance metrics
• establish practice management meetings and reviews
• develop relationships with physician and dialysis leaders
• support physician network growth
• manage an Operations Analyst or analysts
• travel regularly for practice and team meetings.
