What you'll do

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety from preconstruction through closeout
• coordinate with clients, subcontractors, estimating, preconstruction, and operations
• prepare schedules, proposals, and cost forecasts
• administer contracts, purchase orders, RFIs, RFPs, submittals, and change orders
• coordinate materials and equipment
• supervise crews
• maintain project records and track production
• support safety programs
• manage closeout, inspections, punch lists, startup, O&M manuals, and warranties.
