• Lead rental operations across branches and territories

• oversee fleet planning, acquisitions, disposals, and utilization
• build customer and industry relationships
• collaborate with sales, product support, and logistics
• monitor market conditions and adjust strategies
• coach and train rental managers and staff
• manage forecasting, reporting, and rental system documentation
• represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and manufacturer functions
• travel regularly to branches, customer sites, and events.
