What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized employment action plans
• deliver person-centered employment supports
• coordinate with individuals and vocational counselors
• build community business partnerships
• supervise and evaluate staff
• provide training and development
• complete OPWDD documentation and review Life Plans
• manage recruitment and performance
• maintain contract records and reporting
• provide on-site coaching and backup direct services.
