Community Engagement Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and lead community events, programs, clubs, and activities
• establish community traditions
• use resident feedback to shape programming
• build relationships with residents, partners, vendors, nonprofits, and civic organizations
• manage new-resident welcomes
• support team members, ambassadors, volunteers, and contractors
• respond to resident and stakeholder needs
• develop annual programming plans and budgets
• coordinate event logistics, vendors, contracts, permits, and insurance
• and partner on event promotion and resident communications.
