Facilities Maintenance Technician II

What you'll do

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, air handlers, compressors, pumps, motors, chillers, cooling towers, and boilers
• inspect mechanical rooms
• replace belts, filters, bearings, and motors
• use building controls to diagnose HVAC issues
• perform water chemistry checks and assist with environmental permit applications
• troubleshoot electrical systems and motors
• complete work orders and document maintenance
• mentor Technician I staff
• follow safety procedures.
