What you'll do

• Lead traffic impact, safety, capacity, and traffic-flow analyses
• prepare and review technical reports, plans, specifications, and supporting documents
• evaluate and design traffic signals, signs, pavement markings, and traffic-control measures
• manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and client communications
• conduct field investigations
• prepare proposals and cost estimates
• represent the firm at client and public meetings
• coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• mentor engineers and designers
• maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
