PRN Cook / Dietary Aide

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and resident dietary restrictions
• serve food at appropriate temperatures
• monitor food quality and presentation
• follow food safety and sanitation requirements
• manage food and supply inventory
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with meal setup and service
• help residents during meals as needed
• clear tables and wash dishes
• clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas
• stock supplies
• assist with deliveries
• record food temperatures and other required data
• communicate resident meal feedback to the dietary supervisor.
