What you'll do

• Configure, update, maintain, and troubleshoot the Genetec Video Management System and AXIS cameras
• manage Directory, Archiver, Media Gateway, and failover components
• monitor system health, performance, and storage
• maintain VMS infrastructure
• assist surveillance projects
• collaborate on server, networking, and cybersecurity requirements
• train users
• maintain technical documentation, user roles, permissions, and audit tracking
• participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Why this role
