Regional Snow Removal Operations Manager

It directs crews and equipment, tracks repairs and materials, and ensures storm response and closeout work are completed safely and effectively.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute Chicago Central plowing, shoveling, and de-icing
• coordinate crews, equipment, routes, and weather monitoring
• direct staff during storm response
• monitor safety and service quality
• complete post-event reporting
• oversee post-season inspections and site repairs across three branches
• coordinate equipment removal, fleet repairs, and materials movement
• maintain operational records and address client concerns with the Operations Director or Account Manager.
