The Director of Corporate Partnerships and Development role is hybrid in the Nashville, TN area, and the director must reside in the Nashville area. Compensation is $100,000–$115,000 annually. Genesys Works creates pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, work experiences, and corporate partnerships. As the Nashville site’s founding revenue staff member, the director develops and executes a multi-year revenue strategy, builds corporate partnerships and internship placements, and manages contributed revenue and donor relationships. The role advances the site’s growth while connecting students with paid internship opportunities and supporting fundraising goals.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute corporate partnership strategy with site and national leaders
• secure at least five new corporate partnerships annually
• research prospective partners and engage decision-makers
• lead business development from prospecting through proposals, negotiation, contracts, and onboarding
• maintain partner relationships and support renewals and expansion
• track revenue and internship goals
• coordinate placements with program and operations teams
• cultivate and steward individual donors, corporate funders, and philanthropic partners
• support foundation proposals and fundraising goals.
